iOS · Screen time without the negotiation
Unplug locks the apps you keep opening, holds the limit you set, and counts the hours you get back.

01 — Why it doesn't stop
The feed has no end, so there is no moment where stopping feels natural. You leave when something interrupts you. Almost never because you decided to.
Willpower has to win every unlock. It only has to lose once. That is not a character problem. It is a bad place to put the decision.
So it moves earlier — to the version of you that still wants it. Not at 23:40, in bed, arguing with yourself about one more.
02 — What it does
Block
You pick the apps once. After that: tap once, no confirmation. They are gone until you say otherwise.
Limit
Per app. When it's gone it's gone. The limit does not argue back.
Streak
Breaking it costs nothing but the number. Usually that is enough.
Measure
Your guess, not a measurement. Everything below it is built on that — which is the honest version of the number.
The app

03 — Two coaches
Calm
Asks what happened. Waits for the answer.
For the days you already feel bad about it.
Blunt
Repeats what you said yesterday. Word for word.
For the days you are negotiating again.
Be honest with yourself. Only you know.
